MAIL IN OR DRIVE UP ENTRIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THIS EVENT.
The MTDF Junk Car Jump and Run will be a side by side elimination race on an obstacle course set up in the arena. The goal is for drivers to find an inexpensive vehicle (the cheaper the better as long as it runs loud and good), put on a great show, have fun, and maybe bring home some cash.
Entries will be accepted by Pre-Registration Only. Deadline for pre-registration is Saturday, September 23 @ 4:00 PM. On line registration is Required!
There will be a maximum of 64 Slots per Night. Registrations will be taken on a first come first served basis.
Entry Fee is $50.00 which includes one pit pass. Additional pit passes are $20.00.
Entry Fees are payable by credit card on line.
Drivers may only enter one vehicle per night, and drivers may not share vehicles.
The pit gate will close at 5:30 pm.
All participants must be on pit grounds by this time.
Registration Confirmation must be shown at the pit gate.
Drivers must have and present, upon request, a valid state driver’s license. No one under 18 years of age may be in the pit or participate as a driver.
Monday Night Vehicles must be stock, street legal automobiles or wagons, no crossover SUV's or vans.
Tuesday Night competition is open to any stock, street legal PASSENGER vehicle including crossover SUV's, and vans.
Event coordinator will determine eligibility of vehicle type.
If you or your spouse has never driven anything like it to Kroger, Sears, or Wal~Mart;
chances are that it is not stock.
NO DEMOLITION DERBY CARS ALLOWED
All tires must be DOT approved for highway use. Snow Tires may be installed on the drive axle only. NO STUDDED TIRES ARE ALLOWED.
Driver must wear DOT approved helmet.
Eye protection (goggles or helmet shield) is required.
Driver must wear seat belt when on the track.
No riders allowed.
Running order and and bracket assignments will be determined based on the number of entries received.
Everything will run in a single class. Four, six, and eight cylinder cars will run together and cars of different sizes will run together. The number of rounds will be determined by the number of entries received.
You will be running a course where skill, cunning, and finesse will overcome brute force and power!

Second Place: $750
Third Place: $500
*Note: Purse may be reduced due to lack of participation.
